    Default Frame help

My frame is rusting from the inside out because those damn holes they put all over the frame. I have about 1 inch of dirt just sitting in there and can't get it out... I'm starting to get big ass flakes of rust... Anyway how do you guys remove the dirt from inside the frame? I was going to drill some drain holes on the bottom of the rail just before the the rear control arm bracket. This is where most of the build up is.
