1980 the last year of the Scout. IH used a version on the Dana 300 (Jeep) Scout's version was know as a TC146
What makes this a find is that a TC146 Dana 300 bolts up to a T18 but you must have the bull gear to make it work.

So what do you get:a short tranny/ Transfercase combo.
T18 6:32 to 1 First gear and Dana 300 2:62 to 1
and low gears.
