    Default Fuel Strainers

Gday Folks, I am a '99 Cherokee Sport owner from Australia. Had to pull out fuel pump assembly to replace the fuel strainer. Guess what? Jeep in all their wisdom dont have a replacement strainer!! So I have to buy a complete fuel pump assembly that has the strainer attatched. AU$1000 to replace a 20cent peice of plastic!! Nothing wrong with the pump!! Any one know of an after market fuel strainer available in the U.S. that I can purchase. Cant get one in OZ. Its no wonder the world is full of angry people with scams like this running the auto world. Hope you day is better than mine. Cheers.
